“The best u could get when we talk Italian. Generous serving. 1 pizza and 1pasta feed 4person already. Service is attentive( only few does that) and fast. **Risotto is quite overwhelming(too bland for Filipino) and rich. The roast chicken? Skip it, nothing special. Baked bread with mozzarella, baked mozzarella and rigatoni pasta is awesome! Wish they got half portion of their standard serving. The place to go for your Italian fix.”

It's not easy to find an Italian restaurant in Iloilo City that satisfies my taste buds. I lived in Italy for more than twenty years and I'm very critical of restaurants that flaunt themselves as "Italian" (whereas the foods they serve taste anything but "Italian"). I'm very glad to have come across Giuseppe Pizzeria & Sicilian Roast for it really captures that authentic Italian taste I look for. This is not surprising since the owner of this restaurant (which now has four branches in the country ... in Cebu City, Lapu-Lapu City, Bohol, and Iloilo City) is an Italian himself."

"The restaurant serves complete Italian meals, from "antipasti" (appetizers) to "dolci" (desserts). I particularly love their pizzas (especially the pizza Napoli), pasta, risotto, roasted meat, salad, and panna cotta. I just wish that they had more selections of desserts. I miss the Sicilian cannoli and the panna cotta with "frutti di bosco" (wild berries). Foods may be a bit pricier compared to other restaurants in town, but, I assure you, it's all worth it! The ambiance is quite simple, but service is great and efficient. There's an ample parking space at the Riverside Boardwalk. Highly recommended!"
